Safe, consistent footing – every time, every ride.

No sunburn, no dust, no wind.  Fully-insulated building.  Indoor summer temperatures seldom go over 80 degrees.  Ground does not freeze in winter.

Prairie Rose Arena offers a year-round venue for equine events including shows, speed competitions, clinics, club practices, and open riding days.  Also suitable for dog agility shows and cattle & lamb jackpot shows.

The 100’x250′ arena (length of arena is flexible)  is one of the biggest in the state. Additional 250’x30′ staging area offers space to keep your riders under cover in case of inclement weather.

130’x40′ outdoor warm up arena, plus you’re welcome to ride anywhere on the 18 acre property (alfalfa hay field).

Cattle-handling facilities accommodate roping and ranch horse events with outdoor cattle pens leading directly to the indoor arena.

Modern restrooms and water.

Ample trailer parking with 10, 30 amp camper hook-ups available.  A total of 42 horse pens (thirty with cover) means plenty of room for overnight stays or weekend shows.

Easy access from all points in the Midwest, just five miles on paved road off of I-35, 7 miles of paved road from Iowa 330, 7 miles of paved road from I-80.  If your GPS is taking you on a rock road– look at a map!  It’s pavement all the way.
